About the Job
Per la nostra squadra di Junior Manager, siamo alla ricerca di risorse neolaureate da inserire all’interno della nostra Sales Academy nel ruolo di Junior Floor Manager.
La Sales Academy prevede un training on the job della durata di 12 mesi nel corso del quale si avrà l’opportunità di esprimere il proprio potenziale e di diventare un professionista nel settore del Retail nel ruolo di Floor Manager.
Luogo di lavoro:
- Il lavoro si svolgerà in una o più delle nostre sedi in Italia tra Milano, Monza, Torino, Firenze, Roma, Palermo, Catania, Cagliari
- Sarà richiesta la disponibilità al trasferimento nelle città menzionate
Tipo di contratto:
- Tempo determinato 12 mesi finalizzato all'assunzione
- Contratto di lavoro: tempo pieno
- Retribuzione: €29.000,00 - €39.000,00 all'anno
Obiettivi del percorso:
- Organizzare e gestire un team
- Acquisire competenze sui temi del controllo di gestione, visual merchandising e il funzionamento di un Department Store
- Acquisire tecniche di vendita e della customer satisfaction
- Approcciare aree merceologiche differenti come Beauty, Food, Design, Kids, Shoes, Woman, Man, Jewellery
La Sales Academy prevede, per l’intero percorso, lezioni in aula intercalate da training on the job. Ogni allievo/a sarà affiancato a un tutor aziendale che lo/la supporterà con coaching, supervisione e valutazione dei progressi.
Caratteristiche ricercate:
- Spiccato interesse nel settore Fashion & Luxury
- È preferibile una breve esperienza nel settore del Retail
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e dei principali sistemi informatici
- Flessibilità, determinazione e spirito d’iniziativa
- È requisito obbligatorio la disponibilità al trasferimento sul territorio nazionale
