    Welcome to Love's: This position supports Love’s store technology system by working with store locations to resolve complex issues.

    Job Functions

    • Receive escalated work orders to thoroughly analyze supported applications; consult with store users and vendors to determine system faults and make decisions on how to resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Answer incoming Vendor and Hotline calls as needed and ensure detailed notes are captured in tickets.
    • Perform 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues; collaborate with store personnel and 3rd level Love’s resources points of contact to ensure full resolution of issues.
    • Works on-site at store locations to implement new systems; work with store managers to determine system needs.
    • Research closed tickets to find common problems and analyzes trends to proactively address system performance.
    • Document architecture of systems and application operations to supplement knowledgebases. Construct supplemental knowledge-based articles to document architecture of systems and application operations.
    • Provide 3rd level teams with ancillary support
    • Disseminates functionality of new systems to the Help Desk and field teams.
    • Perform other duties based on business need/as required.

    Experience And Qualifications

    • HS Diploma or equivalent required
    • 2 or more years Help Desk experience over the phone; demonstrated proficiency in store systems; typing at least 80 words a minute; Good phone communication skills

    Skills And Demands

    • Strong experience with Windows Operating systems.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Basic networking skills.
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
