IT Sales Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting company's portfolio of IT solutions. This role requires a blend of technical awareness, sales acumen, and strong communication skills to engage decision-makers and deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect new clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
* Promote and sell IT products, solutions, and services offered by the company.
* Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and solution pitches to potential clients.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
* Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
* Provide feedback to the technical and product development teams on client needs and market trends.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience (2–4 years) in IT sales, software sales, or technology-related business development.
* Solid understanding of IT solutions such as software, hardware, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems.
Preferred Attributes
* Existing client base or network within the IT/technology space.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, cloud computing, SaaS, cybersecurity).
* Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for clients.
