Job Title: IT Developer & Strategy Personnel
Job Summary: Our client is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and versatile IT Development and Strategy Personnel to work across two of our brands — A modern landscaping and construction company and Suya Factory (a premium kilishi and suya distribution brand expanding into supermarket chains and online markets). This role is strategic and cross-functional. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in web and mobile app development, as well as a clear understanding of digital sales strategies, CRM systems, and IT infrastructure that can support our business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. App & Web Development
· Design, build, and manage mobile apps for both brands.
· Optimize and maintain e-commerce-ready websites.
· Integrate online payment
2. CRM & Digital Strategy
· Set up lead generation funnels and client management systems (e.g.,HubSpot or Zoho CRM).
· Automate email and WhatsApp marketing.
· Segment users for targeted campaigns (retail, wholesale, project leads).
3. Sales & Leading Boosting Systems
· Implement SEO strategies and integrate tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
· Set up loyalty programs and referral systems for Suya Factory.
· Design quote calculators and consultation booking tools
4. IT Infrastructure Support
· Manage internal systems: emails, backups, cloud storage, and basic support tools.
· Coordinate integration of delivery, order tracking, and client communication.
Requirements:
· Degree or HND in Computer Science and other related fields.
· The candidate should have a solid background in web and mobile app development.
· Clear understanding of digital sales strategies, CRM systems, and IT infrastructure that can support our business growth goals.
