    Inventory and Accounting Reconciliation Analyst


    Reports to: Staff Accountant II

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Accounting Reconciliation Analyst to serve as the link between our finance and operations teams. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, inventory reconciliation, and operational efficiency by facilitating cross-department collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex data sets.


    Responsibilities:
    • Act as the liaison between warehouse operations and accounting to maintain accurate physical and system inventories.
    • Audit pre- and post-sale pricing and volume to ensure compliance with contract terms.
    • Monitor and track non-COGS expenses for accurate financial reporting.
    • Assist Finance and Accounting teams with budget tracking and forecasting.
    • Ensure ERP system data accuracy, recording and reconciling all transactions properly.
    • Manage timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, coordinating with vendors and distribution centers as needed.


    Required Experience & Skills:
    • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, bookkeeping, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of financial processes, including invoicing and cost tracking.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for cross-department collaboration.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.


    Education & Certification:
    • Associate’s degree in accounting or relevant experience preferred.


    This position is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and requires in-office attendance.
