Position: Chat-Based Sales Executive

Location: North Nazimabad Karachi Division (On-site, Full-Time)

Role Summary

AdCorp is seeking a Chat-Based Sales Executive to manage and drive sales through platforms such as Twitch, Twitter, and Discord. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients through chat-based communication, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or services. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple conversations at once, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Engage with customers via chat platforms (Twitch, Twitter, Discord) to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and professional communication
• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Familiarity with Twitch, Twitter, and Discord platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations simultaneously
• Proficient in using chat-based communication systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Prior experience in a chat-based sales or customer service role is an advantage
