How You Will Impact The Organization…
The Client Services Implementation Engineer role encompasses components of project implementation, solutions consulting, customer support, training, and product feedback. They are responsible for the entire customer experience acting as a partner during their solution implementation.

- Support managed service clients using our Conductor integration engine, acting as a part of the hospital IT team.
- Implement all net new Conductor migrations.
- Build custom complex technical integrations such as public health ELR, direct messaging, and API.
- Implement and support cloud Conductor implementations, including fax to direct, Clarity CD, and POCs.
- Onboard jSign API clients.
- Special Projects assigned by the Sr. Director of Integration Services.
- Custom component building in programming language of choice.
- Support with API development.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
- 2+ years experience in healthcare technology.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
- 2+ years experience in Windows operating systems.
- Experience with hands-on programming.
- Programming experience.
- Experience with an integration engine.
- Ability to collaborate with clients to analyze, design, recommend and document workflows.
- Aptitude to classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate corrections.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- API experience.
- Experience with modern programming languages.
- Familiarity with healthcare integration including HL7 standards.
- BS degree in Computer Science or related experience preferred.
- Active, transferable U.S. Security clearance at the Public Trust level or higher preferred.
- Location requirements: Hybrid (Los Angeles, Las Vegas or Dallas [Remote/Potential Future Onsite/Hybrid])
- Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel.
- Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.
- Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet.
- Eligible for sponsorship: No.
- Security clearance: Ability to achieve and maintain a security clearance with the U.S. Government is required
