    Overview

    We're Hiring: IIM Sales Operations Analyst

    Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do:

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Own and maintain sales reports and dashboards
    • Deliver insights on pipeline trends, conversion rates & forecast accuracy
    • Lead month-end reporting cycles and support ad hoc requests

    Pipeline Audits & Data Integrity

    • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy
    • Partner with sales teams to enforce data standards

    Salesforce Optimization

    • Design and manage dashboards
    • Monitor usage and provide feedback for improvement

    Commissions & Finance Support

    • Validate and reconcile commission data
    • Collaborate with Finance on forecasting and revenue tracking

    Lead Fee & Customer Insights

    • Manage lead fee tracking and reporting
    • Analyze customer segmentation and engagement trends

    Qualifications

    What You Bring:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    2+ years in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM management

    Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), Excel, and BI platforms

    Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Detail-oriented with a love for clean data
