    Position Title: Provider Services Representative - Insurance Enrollment (Remote)

    Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

    Start Date: October 13, 2025

    Compensation: $18.50/hour (based on experience) | Weekly pay

    Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage

    Schedule

    • 40 hours per week
    • 9-6pm Monday-Friday EST
    • Training 8:30am-5pm EST

    About The Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Provider Services Representative to join our remote team, specializing in Commercial or Medicare Insurance Enrollment. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between healthcare providers and internal departments, ensuring accurate enrollment, eligibility verification, and resolution of insurance-related inquiries. Your ability to navigate complex systems, communicate clearly, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards will directly support our mission to streamline access to care through efficient insurance processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond professionally to inbound calls regarding commercial insurance enrollment, eligibility, and provider credentialing
    • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for providers on payer requirements, enrollment status, and documentation needs
    • Handle 70-100 inbound and outbound calls per day with accuracy, clarity, and courtesy
    • Ensure proper call handling, avoiding short calls, inappropriate transfers, or misuse of hold functions
    • Perform accurate and timely data entry for provider interactions and enrollment updates
    • Navigate multiple systems and databases to verify insurance information and resolve provider issues
    • Clearly explain commercial insurance policies, enrollment procedures, and timelines
    • Maintain a strong understanding of various payer networks and lines of business
    • Demonstrate technical proficiency in managing enrollment platforms and CRM tools

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in Benefits, Insurance, Healthcare, or a related field
    • Proven experience working remotely with consistent performance
    • Minimum of 2 years of stable work history in a related role
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Must have access to a wired ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not supported)
    • Must have a working phone number for secondary system verification

    Equipment Provided | 100% Remote

    • All necessary equipment will be shipped prior to your start date

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
