Key Responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate, and moderate an array of user-generated content for compliance with guidelines
- Identify inappropriate content and address violations promptly
- Document moderation actions and contribute to reporting and analysis
- Work collaboratively within a team to enhance moderation workflows
- Stay informed about updates to content moderation standards and best practices
- Fluency in German and a solid command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential
- Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building
- Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment and embrace evolving guidelines
- Must be open to relocating to Malta and integrating into a collaborative team culture
