As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that user-generated content meets community guidelines and standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, evaluate, and moderate an array of user-generated content for compliance with guidelines
• Identify inappropriate content and address violations promptly
• Document moderation actions and contribute to reporting and analysis
• Work collaboratively within a team to enhance moderation workflows
• Stay informed about updates to content moderation standards and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a solid command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential
• Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building
• Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment and embrace evolving guidelines
