• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management on budgets, forecasts, and improvements to policies and procedures.
• Curate unique food and beverage experiences and drive revenue through event programming.
• Manage costs, stock, payroll, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in food & beverage operations, ideally in lifestyle settings.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
• Knowledge of stock control, budgeting, and cost management.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver excellent guest service.
