Financial Planning Analyst

Position Overview:

This position will support Finance and Accounting in their use of Financial Systems by providing assistance for ad-hoc requests and delivering enhancements that improve the end user experience. They will be responsible for updating various Master Data records and enforcement of continuity between all Information Systems.

What you will do and achieve:

• Become a subject matter expert on all things Financial Systems, including, but not limited to: Sage Intacct, AvaTax, Concur, and general financial reporting principles
• Day-to-day and project-based master data updates
• Assist in implementation of Master Data Management processes and verify that they are being followed
• Perform required system maintenance and act as a liaison to the technical team to identify solutions to systemic or data issues
• Build strong relationships with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure users understand how to best leverage the capabilities of the Financial Systems
• Provide support to end users by responding to inquiries and providing instruction on proper use of Financial Systems
• This is an exempt position within the $80,000 - $90,000 range based on a 40-hour work week.

Who you are:

Education

• BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems. Other degrees considered given relevant experience.

Experience

• 3+ years related experience

Key Knowledge & Skills

• ERP Systems (Sage Intacct a plus)
• Master Data Management
• Experience supporting Finance processes and initiatives
• Salesforce experience a plus
• Strong Excel mandatory
• Process improvement/automation
