Financial Analyst - Netsuite Required

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with hands-on NetSuite experience to join our team. This role will play a critical part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with NetSuite, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance by collecting, monitoring, and studying data to recommend actions for optimization.

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets using NetSuite and other tools.

• Provide in-depth analysis of variances in revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

• Leverage NetSuite to streamline financial processes, reporting, and data management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and improve financial outcomes.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements within NetSuite.

• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.

• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP, including financial reporting and data analysis tools.

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.] is a plus.

• Familiarity with other business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.

• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
