Financial Accountant
Location: London (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in the office)

What you’ll be doing
- Assist with the production of annual audited financial statements (FRS 102) for the firm and related entities.
- Work closely with auditors and international offices to ensure efficient audit completion.
- Support budgeting, multi-year forecasting, and business planning.
- Partner with business services directors to provide financial insight and cost control.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and intercompany settlements.
- Review and authorise payments, including commission statements for consultants.
- Collaborate with the tax team on partner-related matters, R&D credits, and transfer pricing.
- Contribute to the smooth financial integration of international offices.
- Get involved in ad hoc projects and reporting to support the wider business.
What we’re looking for
- A professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least 2 years’ PQE.
- Up-to-date on UK GAAP (FRS 102).
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Organised, accurate, and comfortable working under pressure with high volumes of work.
- A confident communicator, able to build trust and inspire confidence across the business.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and eager to drive improvements.
