Field Service Engineer
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations across the USA to service and maintain Analytical X-ray Equipment and associated devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical issues of Analytical X-ray Equipment.
- Install and update system software to meet equipment application requirements.
- Experience in servicing Analytical X-ray Equipment, with proficiency in troubleshooting electronic and mechanical problems.
- Ability to perform installations of X-ray Generators, Optics, Detection Devices, and Cryo systems.
- Familiarity with maintaining customer profiles and submitting detailed service reports.
- Prior experience in customer training for the alignment and operation of Analytical Systems.
- Proficiency in working in a clean room environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally for training and learning new service methods associated with Rigaku systems, including visits to Rigaku's factories in Japan and Technical Centers in the USA.
