    On Target Earnings:

    $140,000 year 1 (salary + uncapped commissions)


    Overachievers: Hit 150% to plan, take home $9,000 in commissions. How's that for spice

    Basic Requirements:

    • 2+ years of SMB outside/field sales experience in a hunter role going after net new business
    • Assertive communicator with the ability to effectively convey value propositions.
    • Genuine and authentic in building trust with clients.
    • Proven closer with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Highly motivated and hungry for success.
    • High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.


    Bonus if you have:

    • Experience with POS/restaurant tech or merchant services sales is a plus
    • Deep operational knowledge of restaurants is preferred.


    This is a field sales role. You don't have to report into an office but you are required to be out in the field daily in your territory so you must live local to the Houston metro area.


    *On Target Earnings encompasses base salary plus variable. The starting salary will be determined based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and qualifications for the role.
