The goal of this program is to equip you with the skills and knowledge to contribute as an Expert Project Manager, and work closely with Mercor’s internal project management team to drive high priority projects to successful outcomes.
As part of this program, we will offer two training programs:
Achieving both of these certifications will grant you Expert Project Manager status, which means you will be eligible to be hired as an Expert Project Manager even when you’re not actively an expert on a project. Additionally, the Rubric Certificatifcation will confer priority status for you on Mercor’s Rubrics projects, as well as allow you to immediately jump in as a trusted Reviewer on these projects!
We already have a cohort of ~50 Expert Project Managers contributing in this capacity, and are excited to expand the program significantly. EPMs who are consistent top performers as Project Managers will be offered exciting perks and opportunities, including being brought onto W-2 (for those eligible), as well as the opportunity to be brought on as full-time Mercor employees down the line!

- Project Management Crash Course: this training certification will be similar to the internal program we have for our own Project Lead team. Once you complete this training, you will receive a Project Management Certification on your Mercor profile.
- Rubric Bootcamp: this training will introduce you (or further your familiarity) with the Rubric format, which is used across the Majority of Mercor’s largest projects. Once you complete this training, you will receive a Rubric Certification on your Mercor profile.
