**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
- Manage event staff and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth execution
- Create detailed event proposals and timelines for clients and internal teams
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Track expenses and ensure events are delivered within budget
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide reports to management
