    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

    • Technical expertise in Core Java
    • Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices
    • Willingness to work in Production Support
    • Working Knowledge of Microservices and Cloud frameworks
    • Willingness to upskill in related technology as per project need
    • Strong Problem Solving, Logical and Communication Skills

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Follow ITIL Best Practices and work on various ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management etc.
    • Provide application support for Java Microservices based applications
    • Implement Intelligent automation tools to reduce manual effort
    • Understand the overall technical architecture and implement improvements

    Salary Range- $70,000-$85,000 a year
