We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to support our email marketing efforts using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coding, testing, scheduling, and reporting on email campaigns that align with our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Email Development:
Code responsive HTML/CSS emails from Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs.
Ensure cross-client and cross-device compatibility (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, iOS).
Use AMPscript (SFMC) or tokens/velocity scripting (Marketo) for personalization and dynamic content.
Campaign Execution
Build and test email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo.
Set up segmentation, automation workflows, and triggers.
Manage email QA and approvals before scheduling and deployment.
Data & Personalization
Work with marketing teams to use audience data for dynamic content and personalization.
Sync and manage lead/contact data across CRM and marketing platforms.
Performance Tracking
Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other KPIs.
Analyze results and optimize based on performance metrics.
Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure all emails comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other privacy regulations.
Stay current with email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Proficient in HTML/CSS for email development.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, Journey Builder, Email Studio) and Marketo (Smart Campaigns, Lead Scoring, Tokens).
Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid).
Marketing Automation
Solid understanding of segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing.
Knowledge of CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce CRM & Marketo CRM).
Soft Skills
Excellent attention to detail and QA skills.
Strong communication and collaboration with marketing and design teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketo Certified Expert.
Basic understanding of JavaScript or SQL is a plus.
Experience with A/B testing and email optimization strategies.
