Responsibilities
- Apply documentation rules as per the defined management plan
- Manage and control contractual and internal project documentation
- Maintain and update Documentation Lists
- Ensure consistency in document formatting, referencing, versioning, and identification
- Register and track documentation in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
- Ensure internal validation of documents before delivery to external stakeholders
- Prepare and record document submissions to customers and partners
- Maintain physical archiving and compliance with internal record-keeping policies
- Fluent German (is a MUST) and English.
- Basic knowledge and experience in a client/customer service role
- Has experience in working with databases.
- Shows genuine interest in the business and clients, understands how the business can contribute to clients.
- Confident talking to stakeholders over the telephone and via email communications.
- Professional attitude, experience in treating stakeholders with respect and dignity.
- Proficient with MS Office suite of programs, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
