    Role Description

    As the Digital and Performance Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy for Club Concierge. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing brand visibility, and generating qualified leads through data-driven digital campaigns. This role requires a mix of creative thinking, analytical rigor, and a passion for delivering measurable growth in the travel, hospitality, and lifestyle space.



    Strategy Development and Execution

    1. Ā Develop Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies: Formulate and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
    2. Ā Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    3. Ā Brand Promotion: Elevate brand awareness and visibility through innovative digital storytelling, collaborations, and high-impact performance campaigns.


    Ā Ā Content Creation and Management

    1. Ā Content Production: Create engaging, high-quality content for our social media channels, website, blogs, and email newsletters that capture our brand voice and appeal to our audience.
    2. Ā Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of materials across all digital platforms.


    Ā Ā Social Media Management

    1. Ā Platform Oversight: Play an oversight role in overseeing efforts to grow our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and emerging platforms

    Community Engagement: Supervise the work of the Social Media Manager in engaging our online community and fostering a positive interactions with community members.


    SEO/SEM Optimization

    1. Ā SEO Strategy: Implement and optimizeĀ Ā on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve our website's search engine rankings and grow organic traffic.
    2. Ā SEM Campaigns: Execute data-driven paid search strategies or SEM campaigns, including keyword targeting, bidding, and A/B testing of ad creatives.


    Ā Ā Email Marketing

    1. Ā Campaign Creation: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer retention, and promotions.
    2. Ā Performance Analysis: Analyze email marketing metrics and adjust strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates based on analytics and A/B testing.


    Ā Ā Paid Advertising

    1. Ā PPC Management: Plan and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other relevant platforms.
    2. Ā Ad Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure efficient use of the marketing budget and achieve campaign goals.


    Ā Ā Analytics and Reporting

    1. Ā Performance Monitoring: Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
    2. Ā Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    3. Ā KPI Tracking: Track key performance indicators such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL and CLV, etc. to measure the success of marketing efforts and inform future strategies.


    Ā Ā Collaboration and Communication

    1. Ā Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and effective.
    2. Ā Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to enhance campaign delivery and performance.


    Ā Ā Market Research

    1. Ā Industry Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of travel industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

    Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketingĀ 


    2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.


    • Strong content creation and storytelling capabilities.
    • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
    • Proficient in managing email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
    • Solid understanding of customer journeys and funnel-based marketing.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
