Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Intern
We are looking for three Digital Marketing Interns and one Graphic Design Intern to join our team to strategise and implement marketing campaigns for the AIA Carnival. The selected Marketing Interns will be provided the opportunity to work on a wide range of different B2B and B2C channels and strategies with on the job learning.
General Intern Responsibilities
- Research and execute sponsorship and marketing strategies.
- Host content creators, media publishers, and partner visits.
- Copywriting for social media, website, EDMs, etc.
- Manage digital and social media platforms.
- Analyse and report campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, media agencies, etc.
- Ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
- Positive attitude: Self-driven, determined, willing to learn, and able to cope in fast-paced situations.
- Proficient in English. Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese a bonus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- For the graphic design intern: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- 5-day work week, weekends, evenings, and public holidays are required.
- Working Period: 2-3 Months (December – February)
- Working hours: 9 hours with 1 hour mealtime
- Friendly, fun, and dynamic work environment.
- On-the-job training across various social and digital tools.
