Role Description
This is a contract role for a Desktop Support Engineer. The Desktop Support Engineer will provide on-site support in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include daily management and maintenance of desktop computers, offering technical support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting and resolving printer issues, and performing hardware diagnostics and repairs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing and supporting Desktop Computers
- Skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Experience with Printer Support
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
