We are looking for an entry-level Design Engineer to join our engineering team. This role focuses on creating and finalizing technical drawings and documentation for parts washing machines and related equipment. It’s a great opportunity for a motivated engineer to gain hands-on experience in industrial equipment manufacturing while developing strong drafting and design skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and finalize CAD drawings and technical documentation for parts washing machines.
• Translate conceptual designs and prototypes into production-ready drawings.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and production teams to address design feedback and resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation and revision control for all design files.
• Recommend improvements to design processes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting/Design Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of drafting or design experience (internship/co-op experience considered).
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics.

Preferred Skills:

Pay range and compensation package:

$28–$30/hr (based on experience) alot of growth opportunity!
