What You Will Do:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to maintain accurate records, support reporting needs, and ensure data integrity across systems. You will play a key role in helping teams make informed decisions through accurate and timely data.
- Reporting: Create and update Excel reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Data Accuracy: Verify and validate data to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Data Integrity: Perform regular audits and clean-ups to maintain accurate databases.
- Administrative Support: Assist management with data-related tasks and reporting requests.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to provide accurate information for operational and reporting needs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain clear and organised records of completed work in line with internal procedures.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information securely and professionally.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve data entry workflows, templates, and documentation.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or reporting.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, formatting). Familiarity with other MS Office applications. Experience with database or CRM systems is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy with repetitive tasks and large datasets.
- Organisation: Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple reporting cycles.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, detail-focused, and proactive. Comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
