Junior Python Data Developer/Engineer
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + 10-15% bonus

The Opportunity
They are seeking a proactive Junior Python Data Developer/Engineer to join our small, agile team.

What You'll Do
- Work on end-to-end technical functions across diverse ESG data projects
- Collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team on varied sustainability initiatives
- Take ownership of technical solutions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Gain unique exposure to ESG data processing and financial services technology
Essential Requirements
Education:
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python (particularly Pandas)
- Solid SQL skills
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Data engineering/development experience (1+ year)
Experience:
- Previous work in small team environments
- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
- Proven track record in data development projects
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of ESG data and sustainability metrics
- Previous experience in financial services
- Familiarity with investment industry data workflows
