Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Knowledge in using CRMs.
- Work US hours.
Qualifications
- 1+ Years Experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
