The base compensation for this position is $58,000 to $73,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of a performance-based bonus paid out annually. The bonus payout could be up to 10% of base compensation dependent on individual and company performance.

You will be hired to join forces with our Credit and Collections Supervisor, Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller to help develop a best in class accounting department.
You will work in a highly visible and collaborative environment across our Client Success and Account Management Departments
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist the Credit and Collections Supervisor with collection of aged past due invoices from various customers to minimize uncollectible balances and improve customer retention
Will communicate directly via email and phone with various levels within Company's customer base to develop strategies for reducing past due balances.
On a daily basis will be responsible for posting payments (ACH, Wire, Credit Card) to Customer invoices in Sage-Intacct.
On a daily basis, the person will assist the accounting team with daily billing as it relates to newly contracted customers and ongoing billings for existing customers.

As needed will respond to customer inquiries as it relates to copies of invoices, account or payment histories.
Will work collaboratively with the Customer Service department to improve customer retention through collection strategies.
Will work with the Accounting / Finance and Customer Success / Support on ad-hoc projects as requested.
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
1 to 2 years prior experience working in credit and collections or bachelor’s degree.
Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment where processes are modified in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to confidently interact with personnel inside and outside the organization at all levels.
Tenacious about learning new things and enhancing their exiting skill set.
Ability to interact with customers in professional manner which may be at times confrontational.
