About the Job
JOB PURPOSE
Ensure the timely execution, delivery, and compliance of contracts and other procurement agreements
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise between procurement, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met within defined requirements.
- Track and monitor contract status, approvals, and deliverables.
- Expedite vendor and contractor documentation and commercial obligations such as bank guarantees, insurance, and compliance documents before mobilization or work commencement.
- Liaise with procurement, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure contract compliance.
- Maintain contract databases, generate reports, and escalate potential risks or delays.
- Perform any other job-related duties requested by immediate supervisor/manage
QUALIFICATION & RESQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain.
- 0 - 2 Years of experience
