Company Incorporation Specialist – Hong Kong (Legal/CPA Background Preferred)

Full-time / Part-time / Contract (Flexible based on candidate experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead and manage the incorporation of a company in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Hong Kong's corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and incorporation procedures. Candidates with CPA credentials or a legal background in corporate or business law will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end company incorporation process in Hong Kong

Advise on the most suitable business structure, legal requirements, and taxation implications

Prepare and file all necessary documentation with the Companies Registry and other authorities

Coordinate with banks for account opening procedures

Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong’s legal, tax, and corporate regulations

Liaise with local service providers (e.g., company secretaries, legal firms, audit firms)

Maintain records and update statutory documents as required

Provide ongoing consultation regarding corporate governance, compliance, and annual filings

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related field

CPA qualification or Legal Professional (solicitor/lawyer) preferred

Proven experience with Hong Kong company incorporation and regulatory procedures

Strong knowledge of Companies Ordinance, SFC, IRD, and other relevant regulatory bodies

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in English (Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus)

Ability to work independently and deliver results on time

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with international clients or cross-border structuring

Familiarity with banking compliance (KYC/AML) for corporate accounts

Understanding of virtual office and digital business registration practices
