Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting market and client research, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves promoting our comprehensive range of services and solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to conduct market and client research to identify new sales opportunities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
