BancFirst Tower, Downtown Oklahoma City: 100 N. Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City 73102

Full Time: M-F, Weekends & Holidays as scheduled

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Accurately complete day-to-day verbal and written customer instructions in handling cash orders and deposits

Efficiently process, including but not limited to, change orders, currency and coin shipments, and deposits for commercial clients

Maintain Policies and Procedures as defined by management

Process multiple transactions, with an emphasis on accuracy

Work overtime as needed.

Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Macros preferred, and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications

Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines

Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude

Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal

Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks

Critical thinking skills

Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the department environment

Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

Teller and/or cash handling experience

Physical Requirements

Constant use of computer screens

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion

Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 50 pounds (load/unload boxed coin)
