Qualifications:
Excellent Communication, Need to be professional and well spoken.
Experience in client servicing environment, taking back to back phone calls is a huge plus.
Good writing and typing skills.
Ability to learn multiple computer applications to complete work.
Internet savvy would be helpful to help retirees setup and navigate online application.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
Patient and understanding attitude to work with an older population. Understanding that they will be dealing with calls from retirees, some people they work with might not be in the best of health or have challenges, must be very polite/courteous.
Stable Internet Connection and the ability to hard wire into a router/modem to work remotely is required.
Must be able to successfully pass the security background check screening for the Northern Trust.
Nice to Have:
Highly preferred: Spanish speaking candidates would be helpful.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Training will be included when candidates are brought onboard. Training includes: Class Room training, Online courses, Job shadowing, Q & A time, Listen to live calls, Call Certification
Answer calls from the retirees of our clients.
Responds to the inquiries by providing the requested information or referring the inquiry to the appropriate area for resolution.
Perform administrative/data entry tasks.
Researches and resolves inquiries and communicates resolution to appropriate parties.
Reason for Request: Need to staff up for the tax season when call and work volumes increase significantly.
