Zahr Freighters is seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth financial transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining accurate records in line with the company’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Issue receipts, refunds, and invoices as required
• Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist in preparing daily financial reports for management
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of payment records
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment
• Collaborate with the accounts and finance team for smooth operations
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality in financial dealings
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Accounting/Finance preferred)
• Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar finance role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
