Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple departments across the organization to understand business processes and requirement
- Manage and utilize Salesforce and PowerBI functionality to support sales team and ensure accuracy of data
- Analyze data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that can drive business decisions
- Support the development and implementation of IT solutions that align with business objectives
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
- Assist in forecast, budget, and business planning processes
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Finance, Computer Science, IT and related
- 3+ years of working experience in business analysis
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and design is required.
- Analytical skills, enthusiastic, responsible and practical work hard
- Familiar with SQL, Power BI or other analytical tools, excellent excel skills highly valued
- Highly motivated with a commitment to delivering high quality work in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good team cooperation and communication skills.
