Job Title: Analyst

Location-Type: Hybrid (Onsite Mon–Thurs, Remote Fri)

Start Date Is: 9/22/2025 or ASAP

Duration: 6-month contract

Compensation Range: $25.00-$35.00/hr

Job Description:

Provide analytical, customer service, and operational support for supplier and system-related processes in a hybrid work environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Audit Coupa supplier changes and ensure compliance with policies
• Contact suppliers to gather required information and support payment processing
• Resolve internal and external customer issues and track resolutions
• Monitor workflow to meet project deadlines and service levels
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Meet performance metrics and reporting standards
• Use tools like Coupa, Oracle, ServiceNow, Outlook, Concur, and Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Strong communication, phone, and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with initiative; able to work under minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks to meet tight or multiple deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues effectively.
• Prior professional experience in customer service, issue resolution, and time management.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with accounting or business systems like Coupa or Oracle
• Project management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
