Location: Buffalo, New York (and surrounding areas)

Compensation: $17-$25/hr DOE
We are currently looking for an outgoing and sociable Brand Ambassador to represent our company. You will be the face of the brand and work closely with our marketing team to successfully represent our products. This role requires great communication and networking skills. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of the cannabis industry. If you are motivated, have a love for sales, and enjoy connecting with other people, this is the position for you!
Applicants must have a valid 21+ ID, valid drivers license and your own car to commute regularly. Applicants do not have to be located in Buffalo specifically but must be close to the surrounding area.
NOTE: This position will require knowledge of social media practices.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand business and goal driven priorities
- Educate consumers and bud tenders on the products
- Engage and educate consumers via product sampling demos at designated retail accounts
- Create respectful relationships with buyers, managers, budtenders, customers, the community, etc
- Coordinate, setup, and break-down representation at dispensary pop-up events and cannabis industry events
- Have a good understanding of our products and brands
- Help prepare for involvement in community organizations and events
- Going above and beyond and capable of wearing multiple hats
- Flexible and open to working a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Utilize social media to engage consumers
- Drive/travel throughout the assigned territory

Education and Experience:
- HS Graduate
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Cannabis knowledge and experience preferred
- Understands the culture of legalized cannabis and CBD markets
Physical Requirements:
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Clear speech and hearing to communicate
- Able to drive up to 6 hours a day
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Clear DMV record
- Able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Able to meet physical requirements inherent to the essential functions of the position
