Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an After Sale Service - Executive at UTAS in Lagos. The After Sale Service - Executive will be responsible for managing service agreements, coordinating repair services, and ensuring the availability of spare parts. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, scheduling maintenance visits, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to optimize the service process.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in coordinating repairs and service agreements
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
- Proficiency in scheduling and managing maintenance visits
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field
- Experience in the industrial, oil and gas, construction, or mining sectors is a plus
