Wison Engineering is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Project in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the success of a large-scale international engineering project.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare required documentation and coordinate training arrangements to ensure smooth access to Borouge 4 project site under ADNOC.
• Handle a wide range of administrative and office support tasks to facilitate daily project operations.
• Provide coordination and communication support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with filing, scheduling, and maintaining proper records in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Fluency in Arabic or Chinese is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the UAE, preferably within an engineering, construction, or project environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general office software.

Salary Package Range:

8000-9000AED , Food& Accommodations provided by Company.
