Were looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Accounting team. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing and supporting your assigned group of suppliers from an accounts payable perspective. You will work closely with suppliers and teammates to ensure invoices are accurate & payments are processed in a timely manner.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage a group of vendor accounts to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner, prioritizing payments to suppliers within discount period to obtain maximum cost control.
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Resolve issues and disputes on invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and statements.
• Analyze and reconcile a large volume of AP invoices utilizing our paperless program.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

• 2+ years of experience working in an accounts payable function
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
• Self-directed and possesses a high level of productivity & personal organization
• Proficient use of a Windows computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company

• High volume invoice processing experience
