Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant located in Adelanto, CA. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for using accounting software, handling bookkeeping tasks, and assisting with finance-related activities. Daily tasks include data entry, reconciling accounts,, and supporting the accounting team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Accounting practices
• Experience with Financial Statements and Finance tasks
• Strong Bookkeeping skills
• Payroll experience required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience in an accounting role is a plus
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
