Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing team. This 100% commission role offers unlimited earning potential for high performers who thrive on closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

•Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors, developers, and brokers

•Identify, pitch, and close deals for private lending products

•Build a pipeline of repeat business and long-term client relationships

Requirements:

•Proven track record in sales, preferably in mortgage, private lending, or real estate financing

•Strong network of investors, developers, or real estate professionals

•Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented

•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

•Ability to thrive in a 100% commission-based role
